THE PURPOSE OF THIS TASK ORDER IS TO PROCURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRANSLATION SERVICES TO ASSIST HOME OWNERS, RENTERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS IN TEXAS WHO SUFFERED DAMAGES TO THEIR DWELLINGS DURING HURRICANE NATE AS THEY REGISTER FOR FEDERAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE UNDER 3392EM. THE TRANSLATION SERVICES ARE NEEDED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION IN FORMATS THAT CAN BE UNDERSTOOD BY PERSONS WITH LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY, AND OTHER DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS. TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES AND WEB LOCALIZATION SERVICES WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED AS NEEDED.
