THE WEBSITE ANALYTICS PROGRAM WILL ENSURE THAT BUSINESS UNITS ARE ALIGNED ON WHAT IS BEING MEASURED AND WHY, PROVIDE EASIER ACCESS TO DIGITAL DATA AND INSIGHTS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION, MEASURE USER BEHAVIOR AND THE IMPACT OF COMMUNICATIONS ON FSA GOALS ACROSS THE ENTIRE FSA DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM. FSA REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR SUPPORT IN IMPLEMENTING ANALYTICS FOR THE MYSTUDENTAID MOBILE APP. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE REPORTING AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT FOR THE MOBILE APP.
