NIST HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED TO PROCURE 70 UNITS OF A COMMERCIAL SRM 2065 STYLE NIR WAVELENGTH STANDARD. THIS PROCUREMENT IS NECESSARY TO REPLENISH SRM INVENTORY SOLD BY THE STANDARDS REFERENCE MATERIAL PROGRAM (SRMP). FORTY (40) UNITS OF THIS COMMERCIAL SRM 2065 STYLE NIR WAVELENGTH STANDARD WERE PURCHASED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2014 FROM AVIAN (SB1341-14-SU-0837) TO BEGIN CERTIFICATION OF SRM 2035B. ADDITIONAL UNITS MANUFACTURED FROM THE SAME GLASS MELT ARE REQUIRED TO SUPPLEMENT EXISTING STOCK WITHOUT REQUIRING A NEW BATCH CERTIFICATION.
