IGF::OT::IGF PERFORM A COMPLETE MECHANICAL SURVEY OF EXISTING HVAC EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES AND TO PROVIDE A NEW HVAC DESIGN. THE EXISTING MULTI-ZONE UNIT IS TO BE REMOVED COMPLETELY AND REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT. THE REMAINING EQUIPMENT SHALL BE EVALUATED TO DETERMINE IF IT WOULD BE FEASIBLE OR PRACTICAL FOR REUSE. ADDITIONALLY, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SERVING THE EXISTING HVAC EQUIPMENT SHALL BE EVALUATED AND REPLACED IF IT CANNOT BE REUSED. FURNISH A COMPLETE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL (AS PERTAINING TO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT) SET OF CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ALONG WITH A COST ESTIMATE IS THE FINAL DELIVERABLE.
