THE SIZE COMPLEXITY AND TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A THOROUGH INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN FAIRLY CONSTANT BUT CHANGES TO REQUIREMENTS MAY OCCUR IF INFRASTRUCTURE MODIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET FEDERAL IT MANDATES OR NEW OR EXPANDING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
