THE PROCUREMENT WILL ALLOW EPA NCRFO TO COLLECT PARTICULATES IN ENVIRONMENTS WHERE ELECTRICITY IS LIMITED OR POWER OUTAGES ARE WIDESPREAD. IT WILL FULFILL NCRFO S MISSION TO RESPOND TO A RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY, AN EMERGENCY CONDITION WHERE RADIOACTIVE PARTICULATES MAY EXIST AND WHERE ELECTRICITY IS LIMITED OR POWER OUTAGES ARE WIDESPREAD.
