BAY INSTRUMENTS IS THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS GOVERNMENT OWNED EQUIPMENT. THE SERVICE SHALL INCLUDE NECESSARY CLEANING, ADJUSTMENTS, VERIFICATION, LUBRICATION, PARTS REPLACEMENT, AND TRAINING. SERVICE MAINTENANCE IS AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF QUALITY CONTROL (QC) AND QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) OF ANALYTICAL DATA TO MAINTAIN THE INSTRUMENT IN OPTIMAL CONDITION AND BY THE MANUFACTURER S SPECIFICATIONS.
