THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR WILL INCLUDE ADMINISTRATIVELY PROGRAMMING THE PACS (ENROLLMENT, PROVISIONING OF EPA PERSONNEL ACCESS AND SECURITY SYSTEM (EPASS) BADGES ETC.); DAILY OPERATION OF RECEPTION DESKS; DAILY OPERATION OF IDS ALARM MONITORING; AND PROVIDING ASSISTING WITH CCTV/CCV TROUBLESHOOTING, RECORDING AND PLAYBACK (AS REQUIRED).
