DUE TO THE UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS WITH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, A TIME EXTENSION OF 103 CALENDAR DAYS IS ADDED FOR A REVISED COMPLETION DATE OF MARCH 30, 2004 (FROM DECEMBER 18, 2003 TO MARCH 30, 2004).
