THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL THE NECESSARY LABOR AND MATERIALS TO SCRUB, RINSE, AND CLEAN THE PARKING GARAGE LOCATED AT 450 S. FEDERAL STREET, CHICAGO, IL 60605 THE CONTRACTOR WILL INCLUDE THE FLAT SURFACE FROM THE TOP LEVEL DOWN TO THE LOWEST SUB LEVEL. THE CONTRACTOR MUST PROTECT THE DRAIN LINES FROM THE ENTIRE EXCESSIVE RESIDUE AND PROTECT ANY VEHICLE PARKED IN THE PARKING GARAGE IF NOT MOVE TO ANOTHER FLOOR DURING THE SCRUBBING, RINSING AND CLEANING OF THE GARAGE. ALL WORK MUST BE PERFORMED BETWEEN THE HOURS 7:00 PM -5:00 AM AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN A PERIOD O (8) DAYS AND BE READY FOR OCCUPANCY BEFORE THE BUILDING OPENS FOR BUSINESS.
