BLADE SHALL BE HEAT TREATED AND TEMPERED, AND HARDENED FULL LENGHT TO A ROCKWELL HARDNESS OF 55 TO 63 MEASURED ON THE " C" SCALE, NOTLESS THAN 1-1/2" FROM THE CUTTING EDGE.
