RIBBON, FLAGGING, SURVEYOR' S (ESCAPE ROUTE)- FLAGGING SHALL BE OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE MATERIAL , 2 MIL THICK MINIMUM, 1-1/2 INCH WIDE MINIMUM, BY 150 FEET LONG MINIMUM PER ROLL, FLUORESCENT PINK IN COLOR, WITH THE WORDS " ESCAPE ROUTE" IN BOLD BLACK CAPITAL LETTERING NO LESS THAN 1 INCH HIGH REPEATED EVERY 20 INCHES MAXIMUM. THE COLOR SHALL NOT BE COLORFAST AND SHALL FADE AFTER EXTENDED EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT, AND THE FLAGGING SHALL REMAIN FLEXIBLE TO -20 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.
