NARRATIVE JUSTIFICATION: INCLUDES RECAPITALIZING BODY ARMOR, LE SUPPORT GEAR AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUE TO EXTENSIVE USE IN HARSH ENVIRONMENTS AND THE HIGH TEMPO OF OPERATIONS. ADDITIONAL GEAR IS NEEDED FOR PREDEPLOYMENT TRAINING AND FOR NEW ISSUES AS MEMBERS REPORT TO THEIR ASSIGNMENTS. INCLUDES NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR TWO SIX MONTH PSU DEPLOYMENTS IN SUPPORT OF OIF.
