SUGGESTED VENDOR - REPLACEMENT MONITORS FOR STAFF (COMMON ORDER LIST ITEM) MR. JOHNSON, THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORDER IS TO REPLACE AND UPGRADE EVERYONE ASSIGNED TO CG-543'S MONITORS WITH NEWER ONES. THE ONES THAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE ARE 7 YEARS OLD AND ARE THE SMALLER 17" MONITORS. ALL QUANTITIES ARE REQUESTED AT ONE TIME. WE WILL REPLACE THE ALL MONITORS FOR ALL OF OUR STAFF. ATTACHED IS A COPY OF OUR ORGANIZATIONAL CHART, WITH A LIST OF EVERYONE WHO SHOULD RECEIVE A MONITOR. THE ONLY FOLKS THAT WE ARE NOT PURCHASING A MONITOR FOR ARE THE LIAISONS.
