THE PURPOSE OF THIS BPA CALL ORDER IS TO SUPPORT THE PAD-PMO WITH ENHANCING AND FURTHERING THE DEVELOPMENT A PMO REPORTING AND METRICS SHAREPOINT TOOL. THE TOOL WILL BE INITIALLY USED WITHIN THE PA DIVISION WITH THE OPTION FOR USE THROUGHOUT THE RECOVERY DIRECTORATE. THIS TOOL WILL PROVIDE FEMA LEADERSHIP WITH INSTANT, REAL-TIME PROJECT STATUS UPDATES AND REPORTS, INCLUDING INFORMATION ON BUDGET AND STAFF EFFORT TO BETTER MANAGE, PROJECT AND ACCOUNT FOR RESOURCES WITHIN THE DIVISION.
