THE PURPOSE OF THIS PR IS TO OBTAIN ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION EXPERTISE FOR THE OFFICE OF ACQUISITION (OOA) TO SUPPORT WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY EXECUTION AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES. FOR TASK ONE, THE CONTRACTOR WILL REVIEW THE OOA HUMAN CAPITAL PLAN, ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS, SURVEY RESULTS AND OTHER INITIATIVE DOCUMENTATION AND WILL DEVELOP AN INTEGRATED MASTER SCHEDULE WITH DEFINED ACTION STEPS, MILESTONES AND OWNERS.
