CISCO SMARTNET MAINTENANCE SUPPORT THIS PROCUREMENT WILL ALLOW TSA THE CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR CISCO DEVICES ALREADY IN PRODUCTION IN THE TSA INFRASTRUCTURE. THIS PROCUREMENT IS TO PURCHASE THE SAME SERVICE LEVELS THAT HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN PURCHASED. THIS RENEWAL OF DEVICE WARRANTY SUPPORTS HEADQUARTERS AND FIELD USERS AS THIS EQUIPMENT IS SPREAD OUT THROUGH LOCATIONS TO INCLUDE TSA HEADQUARTERS, FIELD LOCATIONS, THE FUTURE DATA CENTER, THE EXISTING DATA CENTER, AND TSOC.
