THE GENERAL CLIN 4 SUPPORT ACTIVITIES ARE FOUND AT WBS D.1.4 OF THE IDIQ. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT: THE IBC HAS AN ONGOING NEED FOR ORACLE FEDERAL FINANCIAL (OFF) AND ORACLE CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (CLM) RESOURCES TO ASSIST IN O&M SUPPORT FOR THE IBC OFF SHARED INSTANCE.
