KEARNS AND WEST (K&W) WILL CONDUCT ACTIVITIES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT COLLABORATIVE ENGAGEMENT BETWEEN THE BLM AND STAKEHOLDERS, TRIBES, OTHER AGENCIES, AND THE PUBLIC.
