VENDOR WILL INSURE THAT ALL PIPING IS REASSEMBLED AND FUNCTIONS WITH NO LEAKS AFTER SERVICE. ALL PIPING IS FLANGED OR VICTAULIC COUPLERS. VENDOR WILL PROVIDE A WRITTEN LIST OF ANY DEFICIENCIES FOUND. VENDOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NEUTRALIZING/DISPOSAL OF ANY CLEANING CHEMICALS.
