THE PURPOSE OF THIS CALL ORDER IS TO CONTRACT PRIMARILY FOR EDITING SERVICES FOR THE DRAFT GMP/EIS DOCUMENT FOR PHASES 1 AND 2, OF THIS FOUR PHASE PROJECT. THIS PROJECT AS A WHOLE INVOLVES FOUR MAJOR ITERATIONS OF THE DOCUMENT DURING THE NPS S INTERNAL DOCUMENT REVIEW AND REVISION PROCESS. THE CONTRACTOR WOULD EDIT THE INITIAL ROUGH DOCUMENT, AND THEN INCORPORATE REQUESTED REVISIONS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PHASES: 1) DSC TEAM/QUALITY REVIEW; 2) BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY FORMAL REVIEW; 3) CONCURRENT SOUTHEAST REGIONAL OFFICE AND WASHINGTON OFFICE REVIEW; AND 4) CAMERA READY DRAFT GMP/EIS. FOR PHASE 3, THERE WILL BE SOME TRAVEL TO ASSIST WITH ONE TO TWO ROUNDTABLE REVIEW MEETINGS.
