THIS INCLUDES ACTIVITIES TO REASSESS THE WWW.SOCIALSECURITY.GOV WEB SITE TO BALANCE DATA ELEMENTS VERSUS CONTENT, IMPLEMENT UNIFORMITY UTILIZING INDUSTRIES BEST PRACTICES FOR MODERNIZATION, NAVIGATION, FORMATTING, ACCESSIBILITY, AND USABILITY; IN THIS WAY TO IMPROVE CITIZENS TO ACCESS GOVERNMENT SERVICES. THE RESULTS OF THIS EFFORT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE THE RESPONSIVENESS TO CUSTOMERS.
