LIPTON CORPORATE CHILD CARE CENTERS, INC. SHALL PROVIDE TREASURY DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES, EMPLOYEES WITH "BACK-UP" CHILD CARE SERVICES IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY OR DISRUPTION IN PRIMARY DAY CARE ARRANGEMENTS. EACH EMPLOYEE UTILIZING EMERGENCY DROP-OFF SERVICES SHALL PAY THE CONTRACTOR $10.00 PER DAY/PER CHILD IAW WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S SOW AND THE CONTRACTOR'S PROPOSAL.
