IGF::OT::IGF PROJECT 676-13-102 REPLACE CHILLERS B404 AND B406. THIS PROJECT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING CHILLERS, CONDENSING UNITS, REFRIGERANT PIPING, CHILLED WATER PUMPS, CONTROLS AND ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION, EQUIPMENT PADS, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED DEMOLITION AS SPECIFIED ON DRAWINGS AND IN SPECIFICATIONS. DEMOLISHED WORK SHALL BE REPLACED WITH AIR COOLED CHILLERS, CHILLED WATER PIPING, CHILLED WATER PUMPS, CONTROLS AND ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION, EQUIPMENT PADS, CHAIN LINKED FENCES, HEAT EXCHANGERS, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED NEW WORK AS SPECIFIED ON DRAWINGS AND IN SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PROJECT WILL OCCUR IN BUILDINGS 404 AND 406 AT THE TOMAH VA MEDICAL CENTER IN TOMAH, WI.
