THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO REMOVE EXISTING FLAT ROOFING SYSTEMS ON B402, 402A,&407 AND REPLACE WITH A SPRAY-ON FOAM ROOFING SYSTEM FOR A COMPLETE AND WATERTIGHT ROOF ON EACH AFFECTED BUILDING. ADDITIONALLY, THIS PROJECT WILL REMOVE EXISTING STEEP SLOPE, ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF ON B402A AND REPLACE WITH COMPOSITE SHINGLES.
