Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0044 Project Title: 19725785-Modernize Foyer, B3001G, Room 127 Project Location: Tinker Air Force Base 19725785-Modernize Foyer, B3001G, Room 127- This project requires some demolition and modernization of the south building foyer. The existing entrance is outdated and does not reflect the professional and executive standard required for the facility. The purpose of this renovation is to modernize the space by introducing high-end finishes, improving energy efficiency with new lighting and controls. The project involves the selective removal of all designated existing finishes and fixtures, followed by a full architectural, mechanical, and electrical restoration. The final product will be a safe, durable, and fully operational entrance that provides an executive-level appearance and adheres strictly to all applicable Tinker AFB and Department of War (DoW) standards. For project specific documents, please email dorothy.inoa@us.af.mil for access. Specific documents cannot be posted on SAM.gov. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. After review of the attached project specific documents, if you are interested to attend the Initial Site Visit, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. The POC emails are dorothy.inoa@us.af.mil and sharla.flowers_brandon.1@us.af.mil. Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CST on 3 Aug 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. The site visit will be held on 5 Aug 2026.
