The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 12.201-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via e-mail to dawit.t.gebreyesus.civ@us.navy.mil. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number.
