<p>The Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Intercity Bus Security Grant Program (IBSGP) is one of four grant programs that constitute the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) focus on transportation infrastructure security activities.
