This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.1 “Pre-solicitation Notice” for Commercial Simplified Acquisition in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under reference 12445526Q0145. The small business size standard for NAICS code 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors) is $19.0 million. This is not a Request for Quotes.
