Draper is the only capable source who can provide the required products/services.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the business size standard is $25.5 Million.
