Inova Fairfax Hospital is a local community hospital in close proximity to the NIH with an established infrastructure to consent, enroll, collect samples, and transfer samples to the NIH within 48 hours of patient admission, and this requirement is a renewal of an existing contract where pausing sample collection to establish equivalent infrastructure elsewhere would be detrimental to the program. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 03/13/2026.
