<p><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) intends to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications for research focused on developing, optimizing, and testing the effectiveness of provider-level interventions and tools to promote competence and sustained implementation fidelity in delivering evidence-based suicide prevention interventions.&nbsp;NIMH seeks research to inform, service-ready implementation strategies and valid, scalable measures and tools for monitoring the delivery and outcome of suicide prevention services, including risk assessment, referral and engagement and preventative/therapeutic interventions. Applications are not being solicited at this time. Notice is being provided to allow potential applicants sufficient time to develop meaningful collaborations and responsive projects.&nbsp;This NOFO will utilize the R01 activity code.
