The awarded contractor must provide local standard warranty replacement for defective items within 3 working days upon submittal of customer warranty replacement claim. Bidders must show proof of a locally available point of contact (name, location, phone number) based in the Republic of Panama that will oversee the project and warranty replacement claims. Bidders are required to provide a detailed explanation of warranty terms, and provide the name, location and phone number of the primary point of contact that will be overseeing the project.
