In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award with **Carahsoft Technology Corp.**, located at 11493 Sunset Hills Rd Suite 100 Reston, VA 20190. Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the manufacturer to supply and support the Powerscribe Speech Recognition system currently needed to maintain OSHA requirements.
