Summary
Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to VIASAT, 6305 El Camino Real Carlsbad, CA 92009. The Government has a requirement for Inspection and Repair of two (2) Modems, Ruggedized, Outdoor CBM-400, w/EBEM (P/N: 1232346). The applicable NAICS code is 336999, PSC 5998. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
