The HBRC serves the following purposes 1): to make CDC's Alzheimer's Disease Program grantees and other public health agencies and partners aware of the potential benefits of the RM and RMIC actions and strategies; 2) to promote effective implementation of RM and RMIC actions and strategies through informational products and technical assistance in the use of the database; 3) to improve dissemination of information through ongoing identification of tools and resources; 4) and to integrate and consolidate existing programs and initiative information, tools, and resources, including resources from HBI, BOLD, and the RM and RMIC.
