FPS AD has identified a need for acquisition support services and administrative professional support services to assist in the execution of management and administrative tasks. The contractor must provide qualified personnel to perform services within the Acquisition Division’s office in Philadelphia, PA (co-located with the East Consolidated Contracting Group). Acquisition support services to be provided by the contractor include, but are not limited to: provide support to Contacting Officers in the accomplishment of individual contracting actions or special interest projects with acquisition specific or program wide impact. Contractors are in place to support and assist FPS in concerns to all contractual support that are needed to successfully meet the goals of the FPS. Administrative professional support services to be performed include, but are not limited to conducting general research, administrative and clerical support, gathering and analyzing data, and advising on and performing tasks to assist the Director and Deputy Director, and FPS Acquisitions Division Managers in daily operational activities. Services also include acting as liaison with FPS regional offices, FPS HQ, OPO, DHS and other agency offices.
