FORCECOM requires ADL support services in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and performance support solutions that can be accesses by the CG workforce when and where needed. ADL is defined as an "approach to developing on-demand learning and performance support solutions that is driven by the latest learning science and enabled by electronic networks, media, etc.". Products range from blended solutions (i.e. face-to-face coupled with online content), electronic performance support solutions (e.g. job aids, embedded tools, etc.), synchronous and asynchronous course deliveries, and so forth. Accordingly, expected skills/knowledge requirements will include performance analysis, instructional systems deisgn, product/media development, technical writing, etc. Additionally, there is a requirement to support the ADL product line through activities such as standards development and quality assurance.
