The replacement of the existing cooling system and pneumatic dampeners with new electrical connection. 1. Remove the existing Carrier 90-ton air cooled chiller and properly remove refrigerant 410-A (Freon). The work will also include the removal of pneumatic dampeners and piping for each of them. 2 The new unit will be placed on the existing pad and will be at minimum a 100-ton air cooled chiller to run at maximum efficiency and have a gas fired element to aid in heating mode during wintertime. 3 Install new electrical panel to match the power requirement of the chiller electrical load. 4 Contractor will be responsible for contracting a crane for the removal and installation of the chillers.
