This evaluation support call, Policy Understanding and Learning through Systematic Evaluation (PULSE), will complement and support research that is aiming to collect evidence on the implementation, effectiveness, impact, and unintended consequences of domestic and international tobacco control policies. This project will increase FDA/CTP's understanding of reactions to regulations and policies related to tobacco products and can inform the development of potential future FDA regulatory action.
