To procure license and infrastructure needs for the CMS Acquisition Lifecycle Modernization (CALM) program which runs on the Appian platform. CALM has been built for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Office of Acquisition and Grants Management (OAGM) as a web based application, and improves contract and procurement management across CMS. Currently, OAGM uses the Appian software platform to deliver several applications within CALM: Requisitions, Source Selection, Awards Management, Clause Automation, Vendor Management, and Purchase Card.
