The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain technical information technology support services for two legal software applications used by the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Legal Policy and Program Development (CG-LPD) and law librarian services; and the Coast Guard Investigative Service’s (CGIS) records management system, InPursuit WebRMS (RMS), a COTS administered by the CGIS HQs.
