The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA's) Office of the Chief External Affairs Officer (OCEAO), requires contractor support to enhance communications and outreach to state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) entities responsible for critical infrastructure and cybersecurity. The contractor will develop and deliver user-friendly communications, live and virtual events, training toolkits, and outreach materials to increase SLTT awareness of cyber and physical security risks and best practices. The requirement includes organizing events, developing template toolkits, conducting research and analysis on SLTT cybersecurity programs, supporting a Resilience Challenge initiative, and providing ongoing communications support in alignment with CISA’s mission to enhance national critical infrastructure resilience.
