The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Under Secretary for Management (MGMT), requires comprehensive non-personal services to support the Assisted Voluntary Return (AVR), Voluntary Departure (VD), and Incentivized Voluntary Departure (IVD) programs.
