***This requirement has been combined with F2025071524, therefore this record is now marked as no longer planned to avoid duplicate records.**** CISA's Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) requires Critical Infrastructure Engagement Authority Services for implementation of Sector Risk Management Agencies (SRMA) and National Coordinator activities. SED requires the services necessary to develop and execute formal structured engagements with critical infrastructure owners and operators; Federal Departments and Agencies; and State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal governments, and other stakeholders in accordance with federal laws, regulations, and policies. This includes but is not limited to services necessary to develop and maintain committee charters, bylaws, and membership plans; facilitate sector-specific, cross-sector, regional, and industry stakeholder engagements; and other governing rules as required by law, regulation, or policies. Other services required will include qualitative and quantitative analysis and assessments; project/program management and technical support; and strategic communications. The services will support CISA as the National Coordinator and all SRMAs. Work will be performed at a combination of the Contractor’s facilities and the Department of Homeland Security at 4200 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia.
