This project has the following objectives: 1) Implement a utilization-focused evaluation in which CDC, comprehensive cancer control program practitioners, and CCC partners can make actionable steps towards improving the program. 2) Implement an evaluation that yields findings that characterizes program capacity, articulates outcomes, and identifies significant lessons learned that are needed for the growth and sustainability of the program.
