The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operations Support Facilities (OSF), Project Delivery Branch (PDB) is seeking a Design/Build (DB) contractor to provide design and construction services of the new 197-staff Border Patrol Station (BPS) located in Indio, California (CA) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) to support the USBP expanded staffing and mission requirements. The new BPS is being constructed as an independent Design/Build contract. The facility will accommodate up to 197 personnel and provide infrastructure to support operations. The total gross building area will be approximately 85,000 square feet (SF) which includes approximately 62,000 SF for the main station facility and approximately 23,000 SF for supporting buildings. Acquisition Strategy: OB3A funds, off an IDIQ, not SBA.
