The Subsonic Vehicle Technology and Tools (SVTT) Project under the Advanced Air Vehicles Program (AAVP) in the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) intends to pursue an Open Fan Flight Demonstration Development Plan with contributions from an external entity(ies) to address Congressional guidance included in the enacted Fiscal Year (FY)26 NASA budget.
