The scope of this project is to design and construct a new 350-agent U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) station in Eagle Pass, Texas, within a three-year timeline. The facility will be designed to meet the operational, administrative, and training needs of the Eagle Pass North Station (EGT) and align with the Facilities Standard Module for USBP facilities, as well as approved design standards and policies. Key features of the station will include: • Operational support areas, administrative offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and training spaces. • Holding facilities with holding and processing spaces to accommodate detainees. • Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF), Vehicle Washing Facility (VWF), and a Vehicle Inspection and Inventory Lot. • Marine patrol boat and trailer canopy, onsite fueling capabilities, and kennels. • Command/Tactical Control/Operations Center (C2). • Parking for visitors, privately owned vehicles (POV), and government-owned vehicles (GOV). Additional options to include a helipad to be considered. The project will involve acquiring adjacent property (Maverick County Appraisal District property number 83568) and expanding the current property to accommodate the new station and associated facilities. This facility will be designed to support enforcement operations, staff productivity, and safety, while addressing current and future operational needs. Acquisition Strategy: This requirement will be competed on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Multiple Award Design-Build IDIQ
