The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking short term lodging for an estimated total number of 4320 nights during the period of performance. Monthly training events are normally scheduled one weekend a month, but may change requiring training to be completed during the week. On average, between 475 – 525 members will require lodging per monthly training event. On average, between 475 – 525 members will require lodging per monthly training event. Unless notified by the QAE Representative, double occupancy rooms shall be utilized. For operational and logistical reasons, all Government Personnel will need to be housed in one location and within EIGHT (8) to TWELVE (12) miles from units.
